Spirit of Freedom

Spirit of Freedom has 3, 4 and 7 day/night options for its trips; I went for the 4-day/4-night liveaboard, made possible by an included charter flight from Cairns to Lizard Island, and that's where I boarded the boat.

If the conditions are right, the trip will attempt to get out to Osprey Reef, some 300km from the North Queensland coast. Fortunately for this trip the conditions were good, so we had a whole day at Osprey Reef for some of the most fantastic and undisturbed dive sites I can recall.
